Prepayment is required on all non-institutional orders. (Please, no institutional purchase orders under $25.00).
If you happen to be in the Berkshires on a Saturday, come to visit our retail shop. We'll fill your order while you browse.

Shipping Information and Conditions:
Orders are picked on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Our stock is mainly deletions and overruns. Many titles are received in small quantities and may sell out quickly. We do not backorder items. There is no guarantee a title will be restocked when sold out.
WE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CAVEAT:
All items are new and unplayed. Because they are close-outs and deletions, some may have a hole drilled or a notch cut into the case. This does not affect playing condition. It is done by the manufacturer to prevent unscrupulous dealers from returning the goods for full credit.
Please allow up to four weeks for delivery. Please note the date your order was placed and wait a full four weeks before contacting us,
regardless of how quickly you may have received previous orders.
Because of the high volume of orders, we respectfully ask that you do not attempt to amend your order once it is submitted.

| Domestic UPS: | $6.00 for the 1st disc, book or cassette + 10 cents for each additional disc, book, or cassette. Addresses outside the UPS Delivery Area will be shipped via USPS. Packages under 1 lb. will shipped via Priority Mail. |
| Domestic Postal: | $6.00 for the 1st disc, book or cassette + 10 cents for each additional disc, book, or cassette. Packages under 1 lb. will shipped via Priority Mail. |
| Foreign UPS: | $25.00 for the first 4 discs, books or cassettes + $1.10 cents for each additional disc, book or cassette. Please do not ask us to undervalue orders for customs purposes. Please be prepared to pay any fees levied by your country's customs agencies. |
| Foreign Postal: | $10.00 for the first disc, book or cassette + $1.10 for each additional disc, book or cassette. Packages under 4 lbs. will be shipped via First Class Mail International. Packages over 4 lbs. will be shipped via Priority Mail International. |
